June 1st 2009, twenty years since I stepped away from a pay cheque, borrowed against our home and set out to realize a dream of public practice. Thousands of meetings, millions of dollars, helping individuals and families save taxes, plan for the future, solve problems, overcome crisis….I love this work and the opportunties to do life with our clients, 350 corporations more than 1,000 individuals….thank you to everyone who trusted us and gave us the opportunity to serve them! 20 more….only God knows! I am thankful to him and a family who lets me live this life!

Rumours of my demise are greatly exaggerated…. great quote and frankly, since the last week of tax season is almost always a near death experience, this year was no different! Returning to the land of the living, actually eating dinner with your family after 6 weeks, stringing together whole sentences without a pause…these are a few of my favourite things.
